My daughter Beth created the flower arrangements for her sister Meg's baby shower. The subtle color works so well with our Sunbrella Deville/Cameo. The flowers are very fragrant and they speak of the love between these two sisters. Thanks Beth for the beautiful work.

Putting it all together is no easy task but when you have two wonderful designers from Sunbrella (Greg Voorhis and Emily Cosgrove) to help, the task becomes a pleasure and exciting. We are now working on the Spring, 2012 Joe Ruggiero Collection for Sunbrella. This collection will be introduced at the December Fabric Market called Showtime. New constructions, new colors and some very bold new patterns await.
The hydrangea make a perfect espalier on my back patio lattice. The flowers are now in full bloom.
Our Sunbrella pattern Deville/Parfait is bright enough for many applications: upholstery, drapery and top of bed, as well as totes for the beach and even shoes. We just love the many uses of our Sunbrella fabrics.
The New Herb Garden at the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa is delightful. Meandering paths through fragrant lavender and various herbs, such as mint and rosemary and a new pool, cafe and spa area. The peace and serenity at the Ojai Inn make it a very special place to "get away."
The Resort at Pelican Hill spans more than 100 acres of hillside above the Pacific Ocean. The display of succulents in containers and baskets throughout the property is an impressive collection of some very rare varieties and colors. As a big "fan" of succulents, I delighted in this display and wanted to share.
Where the Stork Club once stood on East 52nd is now Paley Park. William S. Paley Chairman of CBS took the spot of the former Stork Club to create Paley Park. A beautiful "vest pocket" park in the center of New York City. Delightful.
So easy to bring new color to the garden with decorative pillows. Here I have used our Sunbrella pattern Tie Dye in the color Linden (a bright acid green with flecs of orange.) This is set off by the Trax/Persimmon on the chaise covers. These pillows will be changed out to create differenc color schemes throughout the summer.

I am not a plastic kind of guy but living here in California with grand children and entertaining a lot outside, I was charmed by these plates being sold in the Museum Shop at the Getty Museum. They are so real and yet no chance of breakage. I think they are a great idea for Summer Entertaining. No worries.
