Breakfast on the Beach!

One of those moments to bank in the memory bank. Breakfast at the Loft restaurant on the outside porch overlooking the ocean in Laguna Beach, California. The chef has a breakfast sandwich that is quite delicious; scrambled eggs, maple cured bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato and of course a hash brown patty; all served with house made heirloom tomato ketchup. This is a breakfast of champions all right but I would not suggest swimming a mile right after. Just sit and enjoy the view. Wow.
