
My Daughter Beth served this menu for Easter but it is the perfect
cook out menu for this weekend.
Lamb on the grill with a simple herb rub.
Caramelized Roasted Fennel. Herb Popovers, Roasted Rosemary Potatoes and a savory
Ratatouille. It is a great combination. We love carbs but you may want to add some sauteed
Spinach.
