Sometimes a single rose from the garden can make a wonderful impact for Mother's Day. It's the thought that counts.

Sunbrella Mixes Well At Parties!

Sunbrella pattern Chevy/Marine mixes so well with a Blue & White batik I found and our collection of Blue Willow in various shades as well as linen napkins which are really dish towels ( I love big napkins.) A dinner party last evening for friends made me bring out my Sunbrella cloth which is so easy for entertaining (easy care for heavy wear.) This event had Sunbrella top to table & chairs; the awning covering for the dining pavilion; the blue & white table cover and the chair cushions. What an enjoyable evening! Sunbrella mixes so well with the batik,china and table decorations. I call it the designer's best kept secret.



The chairs are covered in Trax/Persimmon. The perfect color accent.

For Those Who Asked!

For those of you who asked about the chair seat fabric used at our Thanksgiving celebration. The Sunbrella fabric is Upland/spice. This is a great color for outside because it uses the terracotta color to work with pots and the sage color to enhance garden greenery. I have this fabric in my own yard. Sunbrella is great for dining chair seats inside or outside.
