Simple But Elegant Vegetable Dish! As we prepare for the Thanksgiving Feast, I remember a dish I had when traveling in the
South of France. Prepared by the Chef of the
Hotel Imperial Garoupe in
Cap D'Antibes. Simply prepared using a selection of baby vegetables, lightly sauteed in oil and butter. The selection of these baby vegetables makes an elegant accompaniment for turkey. It's beautifully simple, healthy and delicious!
