Being from New England, I adore lobster rolls but in California it is a bit different. Yes, we use Maine Lobsters but the Bella Vista restaurant at the Biltmore Hotel in Santa Barbara adds tomato, finely chopped apple, and thin sliced avocado...a dash of hot sauce and YUM! All on a grilled panini roll.

Lobster Roll California Style!
Being from New England, I adore lobster rolls but in California it is a bit different.
