
What a treat to have a dinner at the
Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain in Arizona.
Chef Beau MacMillan has taken an interesting turn on fusion:
healthy choices and interesting combinations. The restaurant opens to the air (crisp that evening) and boasts an incredible wine cellar. The
tofu starter with fried bok choy and roasted cashews is a must and the free range
chicken with corn dressing and Kung Pow sauce is delicious.
Simply serene!
