What a delightful experience to have breakfast at Pelican Hill Poolside. This is an amazing property; reminds me of a place I stayed in St. Tropez and a lot like coming home to a Villa in Italy on the Italian Coast. The research that went into the building and landscaping is truly remarkable. What a pleasure to be transported to a far away land only 45 minutes from LAX. The 504 acres contain everything you may want: Spa, Tom Fazio designed Golf Course and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. (It was too early for me to catch on camera.) The blueberry pancakes and house/ roasted granola with assorted berries where the perfect selection for this morning escape. This is a spot not to be missed by the discerning traveler.
