Quenelles Lyonnaise

One of my personal favorite dishes: the pike quenelles Lyonnaise from La Grenouille in New York. These delightful little morsels are like pillows of clouds with a subtle taste. This will make any meal merry & bright.New York Times Photo Christopher Smith
