One of my favorite movies is Summertime with Katherine Hepburn. Perhaps because it was filmed in one of my most favorite cities, Venice. And this was literally filmed in the allies and San Marco. It is a feast for the eyes to capture that time and place. She never did recover from falling in the canal and it is said she suffered from some bug that she caught in the fall.
