Always like to share new floral shops when I see something different. Eddie Zaratsian in West Hollywood is such a place. Located within the new Restoration Hardware store it certainly has unusual floral displays in a lovely setting. The shop spills out to the garden so you can see some of their spectacular succulent arrangements. It is worth the trip to experience this artistry. 
My daughter Beth created the flower arrangements for her sister Meg's baby shower. The subtle color works so well with our Sunbrella Deville/Cameo. The flowers are very fragrant and they speak of the love between these two sisters. Thanks Beth for the beautiful work.
I bought these roses for my wife on Mother's Day, May 8th. They were grown in Chile. Here it is May 17th and they are slowly drying in the original vase; slowly drinking what is left of the original water. The color is so beautiful with the pink edges and the touches of gold which works well with my Sunbrella fabrics in the room. What a phenomenon this is; these roses may be the gift that will last forever. A tribute to my wife.
To create this spectacular "walk in the park" effect for the Royal Wedding, live trees from the Royal Gardens were trucked into the sanctuary at Westminster. Extremely beautiful and tasteful.
The New York Historical Society "blew" the flower budget with these amazing centerpieces; all part of the gala celebration which raised funds for their cause. Never mind chatting with your friend across the table. These are amazing. Our friend Mario Buatta was one of the judges.
Spring is in full force and when I saw that daffodils were only $1.99 a bunch, I could not resist to cover the house with small containers. These containers have a simple earth glaze and it sets off the blossoms much like the earth in the garden. I believe that with flowers more is less. It does not take a great arrangement to make a colorful statement.
I call them Mexican Lilies but the correct name is Alstroemeria and they certainly brighten up the Studio/Office. These flowers last for a least three weeks but be sure when you purchase them they are fresh and tight budded. The selection of colors is amazing and I especially like the deep burgundy to hot pink in these particular flowers.
