
It is always a delight to brunch in the courtyard at the Hotel Costes in Paris. The hotel interiors were designed by Jacques Garcia and it is indeed special. Here you see giant blinis with gravlax and a fricassee of vegetables the perfect menu. You will probably finish with a salad of mixed greens with avocado and tomatoes. Oh yes, a lovely white wine.
