Sunbrella Hand Bag Fashion Show. Scottsdale

What a great "turn-out" to support Fresh Start and benefit this organization with a JR/Sunbrella hand bag fashion show. The bags were raffled to support the charity and we had a wonderful time with the models who donated their time and Sunbrella who donated the "one of a kind" bags. Thanks to the staff of LaMaison for making this happen.

The partners of La Maison Interiors, Alan and Davinder with myself and Greg Rosendale, JR/Sunbrella brand manager.

Paris, Roland Mouret Influences My Sunbrella Fabric.

Watching the fashion runways in Paris this week, I noticed designer Roland Mouret used a subtle color combination similar to my Sunbella fabric Deville in the color Cameo.
In his outfit the use of a dusty pink silk halter top married to a soft beige sweeping wool trouser was a "knockout."
This color combination is at home on the runway and in the home. Thank you Roland for a smashing design. I will debut this fabric at the Miles Talbott Showroom in April.

Karl Largerfeld Wows Them in Paris

It is always a surprise when Karl Largerfeld introduces his fashions at the Paris shows. This year he took us back to the film "Last Year at Mariendad." With a live/full orchestra to provide runway music in the classical style; he created a classic French garden in the Grand Palais with a cirular fountain, the white pebbles extending in three directions with spiraling terraces in black. What an amazing production. Bravo Karl. What next?
