The New Introductions for the Joe Ruggiero/Sunbrella Collections mix beautifully with the existing line. There is a nice selection of Textures, Stripes, Small Geometrics and Subtle Patterns. The tightly edited collection is available at Miles Talbott. Look for the American Lifestyles Collection to debut this April at the International High Point Furniture Market.

I have long been a fan of the ancient art of "tie dye." Now we have taken that look and designed a collection for Sunbrella that has all the look of the hand knotting process with the properties of Sunbrella. No worry about the sun or stains. These fabrics are kid and pet friendly.
Barely There pastels will be the color story for Spring Market. Our new "Made in America" Sunbrella collection features subtle herringbone construction using re-cycled yarns. Look for a very American theme this spring.
Our Salon Sofa takes on an Italian aire covered in Sunbrella/Meridian. An assortment of JR patterns new and current create a mix of patterned pillows. The Chine chairs have a driftwood finish and the seats are covered in Tamaran/Stone; new this market. The upholstered screens with decorative nail heads are also part of the JR collection and are covered in Sunbrella Trax/Wren. Cocktail table is from Gat Creek, solid cherry in a espresso finish. Charlotte designer Bobbie Cox presented me with this beautiful piece of pottery and a book all about the North Carolina Artists. I will display the work of these talented artists in the showroom next market.
A group of Charlotte, North Carolina designers came to the Meyers Park Country Club to hear Joe Ruggiero present his Sunbrella and Miles Talbott collections and discuss his "World Wide" travels and inspirations for design. The IDS Chapter raised funds at the lunch for a student scholarship in memory of Michael Godfrey. President, Charlotte,IDS chapter, Barbara Eldridge spoke of Michael Godfrey's dedication to arts. Joe Ruggiero in pictures with Bobbie Cox, program chairman and Barbara Eldridge as well as Greg Rosendale, Sunbrella. Ruggiero also previewed his new High Point introductions.
