Barry Lyndon, Spectacular Art Direction and Cinematography

Can a movie be any more beautiful than Stanley Kubrick's 1975 movie Barry Lyndon. This movie based on an 1844 novel, continues to excite the eye with spectacular cinematography by John Alcott. Marisa Berenson was never more beautiful and Ryan O'Neal, so perfect for the adventuresome role.

Too bad the actual movie was not that great but the visuals will live in my mind forever.
