Chef Frank Stitts has put together a magical Italian bistro in Alabama and what a marvelous place to escape to for fresh, creative food prepared with just the right fresh ingredients and marvelous service. I was taken by the architecture of the restaurant and the simple elegance of the environment. It was worth my trip from Los Angeles and I am very fussy about the places I dine. The broiled fish, simply, creative salads; rustic pizzas and home made ice creams are superb.
