The new HBO miniseries based on the 1941 novel by James M. Cain, chronicles the professional trials and parental tribulations of a single mother in 1930s Hollywood. Production designer Mark Friedberg's attention to detail has not missed the smallest of details. Great showcase for the talents of Academy Award winner Kate Winslet. Debuts March 27th;hbo.com
